Showing Your Home!

  • Someone from Todd’s team will call to set up an appointment
  • Short notice is possible
  • If someone knocks at the door that does not have an appointment, ask them to call my office to set one up
  • Leave for the entire appointment time.  Should you be caught at home, stay out of the way (in one room or outside)
  • A professional salesperson does not tell the prospective buyers everything about the home. They allow the purchaser to discover the home and will not say much when showing your home

  • Clean and tidy entrance
  • Functional doorbell
  • Polish door hardware

The Buying Atmosphere

  • Open the drapes and blinds
  • Light the fireplace, if possible
  • Turn on all lights
  • Play quiet background music
  • Take pets with you, if possible, or put them outside
  • Keep your home cool in summer and warm in winter
